We’re a small team by design and hire infrequently. When we’re hiring, we post ads here, on Idealist, and on other sites. Our hiring process usually involves reviewing resumes and work samples, administering a brief online assessment tool, and then a series of interviews with our staff if the candidate seems promising. Coordinator
The Coordinator manages all internal aspects of projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, meet our high standards of excellence, and are managed without undue pressure on creative staff.
