Raise your hand if you make a resolution every year to get in better shape. That’s what I thought. The new year is a time when many of us look ahead and vow to make positive changes in our lives. We’re going to volunteer our time, read more books, eat better, etc. Maybe you’re like me and promise yourself you’re going to exercise more.
