Assessment & Intensive

Good strategy is the key to clear communications. Before you dive into the nitty-gritty of creating a new logo or choosing a new name, Big Duck can help your nonprofit identify the best communication strategy in one of two ways…

The Brandraising Intensive

Big Duck’s brandraising intensive is a short, hands-on process designed to help your nonprofit’s leadership establish a shared vision for how to communicate.

The intensive features a day-long session with your organization’s key leaders, facilitated by our staff right here in Brooklyn. By the end of the day, we’ll establish your nonprofit’s positioning and personality and create a roadmap for your communications. (See why we call it an intensive?)

The brandraising intensive is great for organizations that know their audiences well and have already built buy-in for change.

The Brandraising Assessment

Big Duck’s brandraising assessment sets a platform for future communications by establishing a communications strategy (including positioning, personality, and other recommendations) that’s developed through internal and external research. The process typically includes interviews, internal and external surveys, and competitive landscape scans. It occasionally includes conducting public opinion research, focus groups, and more.

The brandraising assessment is good for organizations that need deeper research to understand their audiences and build buy-in for change.
