Our brandraising® work happens in three phases.
In the first part of our brandraising work, we’ll develop a smart strategy for your communications.
It all begins with some research. We’ll gather insights from the people who make your nonprofit thrive, take a look at some of your peer organizations, and identify key audiences. From our findings, we’ll work together to define the big idea and the feelings that you want people to associate with your nonprofit—your positioning and personality.
The final part of this phase is all about setting the stage for smart, consistent communications and charting a clear path forward. Using what we know of your brand and the strategies we’ve identified, we’ll make recommendations for what should come next. Sometimes, that involves refining various components of your current brand, or realigning your program's communications into a clearer sub-branding strategy. In other instances, it means creating them from the ground up. It all depends on how well your brand is serving you today and reflecting the strategy.
