We’re strategists, writers, designers, and project managers. Between us, there’s a ton of talent and a whole lot of passion for good nonprofit communications, good causes, good food—and good fun.
What we believe in.
Our clients change the world, and we are proud to be a part of their work.
Each Duck, and each client or partner, brings a valuable point of view. Listening to and incorporating varied perspectives doesn’t just make for the best results—it also makes for a pretty good time.
We’re not afraid to say it like it is—even if that means disagreeing or delivering difficult news. We encourage our clients and partners to share their opinions and experiences with us openly and honestly. Seriously: we can take it.
Hard work and good fun aren’t mutually exclusive. We’ve created a sustainable working environment that challenges us to do our best work and allows us to embrace our personal passions.
How we work and how we get paid shouldn’t be a secret. Similarly, we ask clients and partners to be transparent with us about what makes their organizations tick.
We want to help. If we can’t, we’ll pass. If others can do it better, we’ll encourage organizations to work with them. There are a lot of talented folks out there, and we are only some of them.
